A MESSAGE FROM
OUR PRESIDENT

GREETINGS FROM THE MMBNAA PRESIDENT

Hello Fellow Alumni, Supporters, and Friends:

On behalf of the Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune National Alumni Association Inc.’s (MMBNAA”) Board of Directors and as President of the MMBNAA, I welcome you to our online community!

Two of the MMBNAA’s pivotal goals are to: a) raise funds to support scholarships and other educational resources to support students attending Bethune-Cookman University, and b) preserve a mutually beneficial, enduring relationship among alums, supporters, and friends. As your representative, we are constantly seeking meaningful ways to embrace the needs and unite our efforts in the name of our esteemed founder, Dr. Bethune.

I urge you to become an active member of the MMBNAA as we continue to reorganize and grow. You may share in the exciting activities and opportunities this organization has to offer. There are a variety of ways you can show appreciation and play a part in the MMBNAA’s continued success. This includes attending and sponsoring events, cheering for our teams, staying connected to each other, and of course, offering your time and gifts to help our students. Through this site you can: get involved with the MMBNAA, read about inspiring alumni accomplishments, find out about upcoming alumni activities, volunteer and much more.

Wherever you are, at whatever stage of life you are in, there's something here for you. The Board of Directors and I encourage you to share and use this site as one way to engage with the MMBNAA and maintain your personal relationship with classmates and other fellow alumni.

We are excited about the direction and future of the MMBNAA and look forward to serving and sharing information with you, throughout the year. As alumni, we truly make up a remarkable group of individuals. I look to hearing from you with ideas on how to grow and collaborate as proud legatees of Dr. Bethune.

Choose to support the Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune National Alumni Association, Inc.

Warmest Regards,

Johnny L. McCray, Jr., Esq. '78
